I have been photographing this beautiful family since their first daughter was born. I have watched their family grow and blossom and it has been such an honor to capture all these moments for them.

I get to work with so many Southern Indiana families each year, but there are some that come back year after year after year. This family is one of them. They trust me each year to photograph and freeze memories of that particular season of life. THAT is the ultimate compliment as a photographer. When you have a family that comes back to you time and again – it means more than anything to a photographer. It means you trust us and value us. It means everything.

During this session dad asked me if I ever phase a family out – stop shooting them after their kids get to a certain age. He knew that I specialized in younger families and was curious if I would stop photographing them once their kids got to be older. I told him ABSOLUTELY not! I will photograph this family (and any of my Exhale families) until their children have children if they’ll let me. Creating these bonds and really getting to know a family over the years helps to make their sessions so much more personal and their images so much more special. When I really know a family I can capture authentic images that truly encompass their family’s dynamics and relationships. It makes for magic. It makes for treasures.

So, no, you will never phase out of Exhale! I will photograph you as long as you’ll have me!!! I want to be there for all the moments and I want to tell your family’s story!
